Dr. Ausum retires after”

43 years in Flat Rock

C.D, Ausum, DDS, 29305 Ever-
green, Flat Rock, who has practiced
in Flat Rock 43 years, closed his of-
fice over Peoples Bank last week and
has retired,

His equipment has been sold to Dr.
David King of Saginaw, who plans to
come to Flat Rock after he is dis-

_ charged from service in June.

Dr. Ausum received his degree
from the University of Michigan in
1924, and came to Flat Rock in Nov-
ember that year,

He began his practice in the old
Morey house and later moved to the
Johnson house, and to the present lo-

_ cation when the bank was built.

Mr. and Mrs. Ausum have no plans

   

 

for the immediate future except to

“spend more time with our six mar-
ried children and 17 grandchildren,
and perhaps enjoy a trip to Florida.”
