a Lee it DEATHS Harold Beitler FLAT ROCK — Harold Beitler, 74, of Flat Rock died at 10 a.m. Thursday at his home from a heart condition. Friends may call until 9 tonight at the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home. He will lie in state Satur- day at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church from noon until services at | p.m. The Rev. Edgar Herman will offi- ciate. Burial will be in Huron Val- ley Cemetery. Born Aug. 24, 192 ein Ossineke, he was the son of Samuel and Emma (Tuholke) Beitler. He was married on Oct. 18, 1941, to Hazel M. Setzke in Detroit. She died Jan. 24, 1990. He had been employed in pub- lic relations sales in Ferndale, retiring in 1990. He was a member of St. Mark’s Church, to which memorials may be made. Surviving are three sons, Den- nis and Wayne, both of Flat Rock, and Gary of Gibraltar; two daugh- ters, Mrs. Robert (Karen) Bokor of Carleton and Mrs. Bill (Janet) Sartoris of Flat Rock; a brother, Robert of Alpena; two half-broth.. ers, Pete and Alfred Krencz, both of Hubbard Lake; a sister, Hilda Kelly of Alpena; a half-sister, Geraldine Sherwood of Alpena, 12 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. / He was preceded in death bya son, Richard; and three brothers, Albert, Walter and Frederick.
