w Wu wa SF Monroe Paul J. Blosser FLAT ROCK — Paul J. Bloss- er, 66, of Flat Rock died of lung cancer Tuesday morning at his home. He had been in poor health for two years and seriously ill since March. Friends may cal from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Bur- ial will be in Riverside Ceme- tery, South Rock- wood. Born June 20, PAULJ. 1929, in Racine, BLOSSER Ohio, he was the son of Ivan and Roxie (Weaver) Blosser. He was married to Betty Wright in 1949. He then was married to Joanne Needham on July 16, 1955, in Lis- bon, Ohio. They moved to South Rockwood and four years later moved to Flat Rock. Mr. Blosser had been employed as a truckdriver for Paul W. Wills of Cleveland, Ohio, from 1952 until taking an early retirement due to poor health in 1986. He was a member of Teamsters Local 299 of Detroit, serving as a union steward for many years. Surviving are his wife; four sons, Paul J., John, Robert and Michael, all of Flat Rock; two daughters, Lisa Sherrard of Mon- roe and Lori Bondy of Carleton; a brother, Charles F. Cozart of South Rockwood; three sisters, Mabel Brace of Racine, Ohio, Wanda Brewer of Kentucky and Linda Ward of Portland, Ohio; seven grandchildren, and four stepgrandchildren.
