Alfred McEnhill Jr. May 29, 1932-April 12, 2003 MARION - Alfred McEnhill Jr., 70, of Marion, who had lived in the Flat Rock area for 38 years, died Saturtay in Petoskey. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday and from noon to 9 Tuesday at Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Roch Catholic Church, Flat Rock, with the Rev. Richard A. Hartmann, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Michigan Memorial Park, Huron Township, under the auspices of the Downriver Veterans Honor Guard. Born May 29, 1932, he was the son of Alfred and Clara (Olfs) McEnhill Sr. He married Carmen Pena Nov. 29, 1952, in Detroit. She died Feb. 3. He was a maintenance repairman at Ford Motor Co.’s: Woodhaven Stamping Plant, retiring in 1993. He served in the Navy dur- ing the Korean War. He was a member of the Father John Hubert Council 5446, Knights of Columbus, Flat Rock; St. Mary’s Choir in Charlevoix and Local 600, United Auto Workers. Surviving are six sons, Alfred III of New Boston, Patrick of Flat Rock, Richard of | Brownstown Township, ’: Michael of Lincoln Park,” Robert of Gaylord and Thomas : of Sharpsburg, Ga.; two daugh- ters, Mary Camarata of° Wyandotte and Carmen: Penderson of Canton; a sister, Mary M. McEnhill of, Charlevoix; 15 grandchildren, and two great- -grandchildren. ‘ In addition to his wife, he. was preceded in death by a- daughter, Catherine, Nov. 18, 1976, and two sisters, .Clara Amelotte and Barbara Hines. ° Memorials may be made to, Right to Life of Michigan.
