Rockwood died Monday at ,
Oakwood Southshore Medical
Center, Trenton.

p.m. Wednesday at Arthur
Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat
Rock, where'services will be .
held at 11 a.m. Thursday. The
Rev. Roger Dahlen, pastor of
Bethel Baptist Church,
Southgate, will officiate.
Cremation will follow.

Born -Oet.= <1; - 1922 22in.
Beattyville, Ky., she was the
daughter of Harry and Della -
(Steele) Perkins.

She owned Little Pal from
1947 to 1980 and owned
Riverbend for 15 years. For two
years, she worked for.
Rockwood Lodge 1157, Loyal
Order of the Moose, retiring
in 1990.

She was a member of
Rockwood Lodge, Women of
the Moose, and Flat Rock
Soroptimist Club.

Surviving are two sons,
Stephen Michael (Donna) of
South Rockwood and William
(Laura) of Rockwood; a broth-
er, Harry of Beattyville; a step-
brother, Daniel Jewell of
Beattyville; five sisters, Ruth
Hobbs, Callie Trimble, Gladys
Thorpe, Janie Wade and Lois
Cook, all of Beattyville, and
three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death
by a son, John; two brothers,
Tony and Jim, and two sisters,
Mary Sworden and May.
