Crooks, 89, of Pinckney, formerly of Flat Rock, died Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital, Ann Arbor Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock, where services will be held at 1la.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Evans C: Bentley, First United Methodist Church, Flat Rock, will officiate. Burial will be in the Michigan Memorial Park, Huron Township. Born March 9, 1910, in Brown- stown, she was the daughter of Forest and Anna R. (Riggs) Lind- say. She married John C. Crooks on Dec. 9, 1931, in Lucas County, Ohio. Mrs. Crooks was a member of Kastern Star, the Flat Rock Study Club and the First United Methodist Church, Flat Rock. _ , addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Marilyn Crooks of Flat Rock, Dorothy Grimm of New Boston; and Kathy Maynard of Chandler, | Ariz.; five grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Crooks was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph, and twin brother and sister, Allen and Alice. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Flat Rock.
