y Evening News, Thurs. May 1, 1997 —_—— mee ee ei Marcella L. Dennis AZALIAU == Marcella L. (Midge) Dennis, 72, of Azalia died of natural causes at 4 p.m. Wednesday at her home. Friends may call from 6 to 9 tonight and from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at the Covet Funeral Home, Dundee, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Don Brown of Calvary Baptist Church, Dundee, will offi- ciate, and burial will be in Lon- don Township Cemetery. Born July 31, 1924, in Adrian, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Frances (Emerling) Wyman. She married Norman D. Dennis in Indiana. He died May 21, 1994. A homemaker, Mrs. Dennis also had been employed during World War Il at the Willow Run Bomber Plant in Ypsilanti. She was a member of Milan Chapter 1087, Women of the Moose, and was an avid bingo player in the area. oe Surviving are five sons, Norman W. and Robert, both of Maybee, and Ronald, William and Richard, all of Azalia; five daughters, Mrs, ‘Austin (Joan) Moore of Carleton, Carol Ashley, Mrs. James (Betty) Riley and Edith Smith, all of Milan, and Mrs. John (Donna) Turner of Monroe; two brothers, Carl Wyman of Milan and Rus- sell Wyman of Glendale, Ariz., two sisters, Dorothy Lewis of Nashville, Mich., and Mary Tut- tle of Wyandotte; 27 grandchil- dren, and 19 great-grandchildren. She.also was preceded in death by a son, Delbert; two daughters, Dianna and Chery]; four grand- children; a sister, Celia Wyman, and three brothers, Warren and John Wyman and Bernar Hartwell. j Wes, Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. ~
