DEATHS ews Luetta Mae Doede FLAT ROCK — Luetta Mae Doede, 84, of Flat Rock, died Thursday at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital, Trenton. She had been ill for two. years and seriously ill since Dec. 12. Friends may call from 2:30 to 9 p.m. today and from noon to 9 p-m. Sunday at the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home. She will lie in state Monday from noon until services at 1 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Waltz. The Rev. William L. Morris will officiate. Burial will be in Car- leton Cemetery. Born Sept. 20, 1909, in Alexan- dria, Ind., Mrs. Doede was the daughter of Edward and Lorlie (Clegg) Cochran. She married Ervin E. Doede in Toledo Feb. 12, | 1927. Mrs. Doede was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and its ladies’ aid society, Waltz Chapter 32, Lutheran Ladies Auxiliary, and Flat Rock Council 25, Daugh- ters of the American Silver Star. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Ervin Jr., Kenneth and Warren, all of Flat Rock; four grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Joanne and Iris Doede, and three sisters, Violet Griffith, Agnes Laefler and Helen Flanagan.
