Dora Fersile

Mrs. Dora M. Ferstle, 74, of 205 E.
Fourth St., Bellaire. died Monday even-
ing at Little Traverse Hospital in-
Petoskey. Meech, ¢, -

She was born Dora Rutkowsky,
daughter of Frederick and Caroline
(Bunte) Rutkowsky, on Sept. 30, 1901, at
Rockwood, Mich. In 1923 at Flat Rock,

ich.. she married Harvey Ferstle,
who survives.

She was a member of Hope Lutheran
Church of Bellaire and previously was
active in’St. Matthews Luthern Church
in Mancelona. She was a member of the
Ladies Guild of Hope Lutheran.

Employed .as_ an accountant and
secretary for her husband in Flat Rock
until 1943 when the couple moved. to
Bellaire, she assisted her husband in
operating a boat yard in Bellaire until
her. retirement in’ 1958. i

Preceding her in death was a brother,
Henry Rutkowsky. in 1974,

Surviving besides her husband are
several pieces and nephews.

The funeral will be Thursday at 3 p.m.
at St. Matthew's Church in Mancelona.
Pastor James Walburg will officiate.
Interment will be in the spring at
Lakeview Cemetery in Bellaire.
