Yi, Mey, Peas Albert F. Flaishans FLAT ROCK— Albert F. Flais- hans. 95, of Flat Rock died at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday in Seaway Hospital, Trenton. He had been ill for two months. Friends may call from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. until services at | p.m. Saturday in the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home. The Rev. Evans Bentley of the First United Methodist Church, Flat Rock, will officiate. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park. Born Aug. 27, 1900, in Wyan- dotte, he was the son of Albert and Matilda (Stanke) Flaishans. He was married to Frieda DuVall, who died in 1962. He then was married June 30, 1978, to Elsie Meyer in Toledo. A Flat Rock resident since 1925, | Mr. Flaishans had been employed as the service manager for Flat | Rock Chevrolet Sales for 43 years, _ retiring in 1976. He was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Flat Rock, a life mem- ber of the Dearborn Mineralogi- cal and Lapidary Society Mid- west, a life member of the Garden | City Rock Exchange and a mem- ber of the Carleton and Flat Rock | Senior Citizens. In addition to his wife, he is sur- vived by a son, Jerry of Trenton; two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Rosethel) Howe of Dearborn and Irma Rae Kruse of Allen Park; nine grandchildren; 11 great- | grandchildren, and two great- great-grandchildren. In addition to his first wife, he — was preceded in death by two _ brothers, Charley and John, and | two sisters, Clara Luke and Mary | LaBelle.
