Cecil C. Fogg

HOLT — Cecil C. Fogg, 84, of
Holt, owner and operator of gro-
cery stores in Flat Rock and
Rockwood from 1937 until 1968,
died Tuesday in a Lansing Hospi-
tal. Dah S219 4,

Burial will be private. A me-
morial service will be scheduled
later. The Gorsline-Runciman Fu-
neral Home, East Chapel, 1730 E.
Grand River Ave., East Lansing,
is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Fogg was a life member of
Flat Rock Lodge 1731, Benevolent
and Protective Order of Elks,

Among his survivors are his
wife, the former Helen Meier;
two freee a_ sister; three
grandchildren, and three great-
grandchildren.
