Frey, 89, of Monroe, a former bus driver for Jefferson Schools for 25 years, died at 1 a.m. Saturday in his home. He had been ill for six weeks, Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Allore Funeral Home, Monroe, where a rosary Will be recited at 7 by the Rev William Tindall, pastor. -of St; Charles Catholic Church,:Newport, of which he was a member. Services as will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 1 FREY funeral home with the Rev. Tindall officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle. Born April 22, 1911, in Newport, he was the son of Michael and Caroline (Masserant) Frey, He mar- ried Genevieve Compeau on June 8, 1934. She died Oct. 8, 1981. He retired from his job at Jefferson in 1976. Before working there, he was an agent and dis- tributor for Shell Oil Co. for 17 years. : He was a member of the Frenchtown Township Senior.
