DUNDEE - John C. Gee, 78, a life-
long resident of Dundee, died at
4:10 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph ~
Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor.

Friends may call from 1to5 and
7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Cover
Funeral Home,

am. Thursday.

Born Nov. 15,

1922, in Dundee, he was the son of
Ray and Etta (Spaulding) Gee. He
married Laura S. Frye July 25,
1972, in Toledo. |

In 1983, he retired from Dundee
Products. After retiring, he worked
for Dundee office of the U.S. Postal
Service.

A 1943 graduate of Dundee High
School, he was a member of
Calvary Baptist Church and
Dundee Lions Club. He also was a
member and past chancellor com- |
mander of Dundee Lodge 206,
Knights of Pythias, anda member |
of the grand lodge of Michigan
Lodge, Knights of Pythias.

Surviving are his wife; a stepson,
Arthur Fry of Ypsilanti; three step-
daughters, Mrs. Dan (Martha Ann)
Thomas of Monroe, Mrs. Matt
(Marcia Sue) Kvintus of Flushing
and Karen Dickey of Ypsilanti; 10
step-grandchildren, and 22 step-
great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a
brother, Russell.
