Thursday at Oakwood Hospital
Heritage Center, Taylor.

Friends may call from 5 to8p.m.
Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m.
Sunday at Arthur Bobcean
Funeral Home, where services will
be held at 10 a.m. Monday. The Rey,
Evans C. Bentley, pastor of First
United Methodist Church of Flat
Rock, will officiate. Burial will be in
Michigan Memorial Park, Huron
Township.

Born Sept. 28, 1918, in Detroit,
she was the daughter of Francis

R.and Louise (Hawley) Smith. She |

married James V. Gilbert Sr.

A homemaker she was a member
of Flat Rock Lodge 1731,
Benevolent and Protective Order
of Elks.

Surviving are two sons, James }

D. Jr. of Monroe and Daniel of |

Silver Springs, Md.

She was preceded in death by her
husband.

Memorials may be made to the
