Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock, where services will be at 2 p.m. Wednes- day. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock. Born Jan. 5, 1950, in Trenton, he was the son of Francis and Kath- leen (Walker) Gildersleeve. He married Mary Hill on March 13, 1998, in Toledo. She survives him. _Mr. Gildersleeve was employed at a laborer-at- Ford Motor Co., retiring in 1995. In addition to his wife, he is sur- vived by his father, Francis, and stepmother, Doris, of Falmouth; two sons, Jeffrey of Monroe and Philip of Flat Rock; a stepson, Christopher Hill of Monroe; two brothers, Roger of Detroit and Daniel of Cadillac; a stepbrother, ' Gordie Baylis of Grand Rapids; a sister, Anita Buchanan of North Carolina; a stepsister, Pamela Strempka of Lincoln Park, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother, Terry, and a sis- ter, Frances Dumont.
