Te 13, Qe irene Mary Gilandenes Aug. 15, 1911-Now 12, 2000 CARLETON -—- Irene Mary Glandenes, 89, a lifelong Carleton resident, died Sunday at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. Friends may call from 5 to 9 tonight and from noon to 9 Tuesday at Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, where the rosary will be prayed = at iL Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church. The Rev. IRENE M. Robert A. Bauer, GLANDENES pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial watt | | be in St. Patrick Cemetery. Born Aug. 15, 1911, in Carleton, she was the daughter ‘of Frank and Mary (Schmidt) Bergmooser. She | married John A. Glandenes Jan. | 26, 1935. She had worked for Ford Motor Co.’s Flat Rock lamp plant, which later moved to Monroe. She also founded and co-owned Village Lunch and was former owner of Johnny’s Bar, both in Carleton. She was amember of St. Patrick Catholic Church and its Altar Society and Ash and Frenchtown Senior Citizens. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Germaine “Jerri”) Wiseman of Carleton; three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Arthur, Cyril, Franklin, Elvoid and Kenneth, and two sis- ters, Bernice and Aurella. Memorials may be made to St. | Patrick Catholic Church. ]
