Gonyea, 64, of Rockwood, who died of a heart attack at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the emergency room at Oak- wood Hospital, Seaway Center, Trenton. He had been ill for five months. Friends may call until 5 and from 7 to 9 tonight in Allore Funeral Home, Monroe, where the rosary will be recited at 8 tonight. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and at noon at St. Mary Catholic | Church. The Rev. ~ Thomas. Sauter, CHARLES E pastor of the © church, will offi- ciate. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock. Born Sept. 22, 1934, in Newport, he was the son of Earl J. and Clistie M. (Richards) Gonyea. He married Beverly Chinavare June —, 5, 1957, in Angola, Ind. ba He was employed for 33 years as an electrician by the Chrysler ‘ Trenton Engine Plant, Trenton. He also had worked for 11 years for DT &I Railroad, Flat Rock. He served as a field radio repairman in the Army from 4, June 7, 1957, until May 29,1959. *? He received the Sharpshooter Ribbon. A 1952 graduate of Airport High School, Carleton, he was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing cards. Surviving are his wife; his mother; a son, Harold at home; a daughter, Mrs, Charles (Laurie) Meadows of Newport; three " brothers, Thomas A. of South Rockwood, Edward of Taylor and Eugene W. of Nashville, Tenn., and two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Barbara) Breitenbach of Newport and Jackie Segur of ’ Taylor.
