Gretzler, 87, of Ash Township |
died Monday in her home. |

p.m. today and from noon to 8 |
p.m. Wednesday at Arthur |
Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat
Rock, where services will be
held at 11 a.m. Thursday. The
Rev. David W. Jones, pastor of
Emmanuel Baptist Church,
Carleton, will officiate. Burial
will be in Michigan Memorial
Park, Huron Township.

Born Dec. 17, 1914, in
Trenton, she was the daughter
of John and Nini Matilda
(Karnarcki) Sanborn... She
married Leland Gretzler Sept.
15, 1939, in Arkansas.

A gardener, she worked for
Franklin Park Mall, Toledo,
retiring in 1994, at age 80. She
enjoyed crocheting and
antiques. She had lived in Ash
Township for 41 years.

She is survived by her hus-
band; a son, David “Tim”
(Caren) of Brighton; a broth-
er, Russell of California; five |
grandchildren, and three
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death |
by a daughter, Sandra, in 1946, |
three brothers and eight sis-
ters. :
