Leona Lilly Grimm

Leona Lilly Grimm, 70, of Clare
died Thursday in her home.

Sunday in the Arthur Bobcean
Funeral Home, Carleton Chapel.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Mon-
day with the Rev. Dr. Dennis
Berkesch, pastor of St. John’s
Lutheran Church, Waltz, officiat-
ing. Burial will be in Woodmere
Cemetery, Waltz.

Born Aug. 2, 1926, in Waltz, she
was the daughter of Emil and
Bertha (Nieman) Bordt. She was
married to Charlie Grimm, who
preceded her in death. .
| Mrs. Grimm was employed as

secretary with Shell Oil Co.,

Detroit, before retiring. She was a
, member of Peace Lutheran
Church, Clare, and numerous
other organizations in the Clare —
area. es ;

She is survived by two brothers,
Marvin Bordt, Trenton, and
William Bordt, Flat Rock, and two
sisters, Dory Nied and Margaret
Hildebrand, both of Carleton.

In addition to her husband, she
was preceded in death by her par-
ents.
