aths Diana Lee (Diane) Hasty Now. 13, 1943-Aug. 15, 2003 PELLSTON - Diana Lee (Diane) Hasty, 59, of Pellston, formerly of Flat Rock, died Aug. 15 in her home. Cremation has taken place, under the direction of Parks Funeral Home, Petoskey. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Pellston home of Ms. Hasty and part- ner, Christina Gorzenski. Another memorial service will take place at 2 p.m. Oct. 4 at Metropolitan Community Church located in Drayton Avenue Presbyterian Church, 2441 Pinecrest Dr, Ferndale. Born Nov. 18, 1948, in Fort Wayne, Ind., she was the daughter of Leon and Alma (Brick) Hasty. She had been assistant chief of radiology at Annapolis Hospital, Wayne, and then sys- tems manager of radiology at Oakwood Heritage Hospital, Taylor. She retired in 1987 because of failing health... - Ms. Hasty was past president and board member of Detroit Cocker Spaniel Club, past board member of Metropolitan Church of. Detroit and co-founder of. the Lesbian-A-Sisters in Ferndale. She was a frequent volunteer ' for Humane Society of Little _ Traverse Bay. She graduated - from Flat Rock High School and Annapolis Hospital School of X-ray Technology, Wayne. Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Alma and Adolph White of Flat Rock, and two sisters, Jan (Bruce) Newboles of Flat Rock and Pam (Amil) Radu of Perry. She was preceded in death by her father.
