Inter. ment was in’ Michigan Memoria Park. | Mr, Heier was prominent in this vicinity for many years as < member of the firm of Heier Brothers Lumber and Coal deal- ers in Flat Rock. He died Satur- ay night of a heart ailment and other complications from which he had been suffering for the past two years. Mr. /Heier was a member of the |.0.0.F. lodge in Flat Rock, Hi- vam Lodge No. 110 F. & A. M,, ind the Rotary Club. He was a a Noble Grand of the Odd Fellow’s Lodge. Hle was born November 23, 1882, in Germany, coming to this country in 1890, he family settled in Detroit’ where Mr. Heier’s father was a wagon maker and_ blacksmith: The family later moved to Waltz and from thence to Flat Rock in '1921. He is survived by his wife, Hilda, two brothers, Herman and Ernie, two sisters, Mrs. Selma Draftz and Mrs. Martha Hoeft, one son, Warren, two danghters, Louise and Marjorie, two grand- children, James and Louise of Toledo, seaman omni taensionccinmasios esi
