Heier Sr, 87, of Gibraltar a charter mem- ber of Monroe Boat Club, Monroe, died Saturday at Oakwood Hospital, Seaway Center, Trenton. Services were held Tuesday morning at Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock. Burial was in Gibraltar Cemetery. Born Dec. 27, 1912, in Detroit, he was the son of Charles and Louise (Neu) Heier. He married Lillian A. Tudor June 9, 1945, in Flat Rock. She died July 3, 1988. A tool maker, he was employed by Monahan Bronze, Flat Rock, and Chrysler Corp., Trenton, retir- ing in 1978. He was a member of United States Power Squadron, Coast Guard Auxiliary and Flat Rock Lodge 1731, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Surviving are two sons, Warren Jr. of Gibraltar and Charles of Kissimmee, Fla.; three grandchil- dren, and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two sisters.
