Detroit Oct. 21, 1889. He had
been employed by the Ford |
Motor Co. prior to his retire-
ment, He married Edith Wat-})
son in Detroit Feb. 19, 1912,
and they moved to Flat Rock |
48 years ago and to the present |
home 21 years ago. He was a|
member of the First Congre:- |,
gational Church of Flat ‘Rock,

The body will be in the Bob- |
cean funeral home until noon |)
Friday when it will be taken
to. the First Congregational |
Church to lie in state until time |
of services at 2 o’clock, The ||
Rev. Donald Wilson will of. |)
ficiate and interment will be |
in Huron Valley Cemetery.

Mr. Hoeft is survived by his ||
wife; sons, Orrin of Flat Rock |
and Kenneth in Turkey with |
the Socony Mobil Oil Co.;
daughters Mrs, Bernell, (Lona) |
Morris of Wyandotte and-Mrs.
Edward (Shirley) Fossett of
Flat Rock; 13 grandchildren; |
three great grandchildren, and
brothers George of Gibraltar |
and Julius of Dearborn,
