Doris V.H man: % legs” SALINAS, Calif, — Doris V. Hoffman, 82, of Salinas, Calif. and formerly of Monroe, died at her home Monday. Memorial services will be held, at I p.m. Friday at the North Min-, ister Presbyterian Church, Salinas. Arrangements are being handled by Struve and LaPorte Funeral Chapel, Salinas, Born Feb. 19, 1915, in Cleve- and, she was the daughter of Edwin and Frances Vogel. She ~ Was married to Robert E. Hoff. man. He preceded her in death in 1978, She lived in Monroe from 1918 to 1993. During that time, she vol- unteered for many activities and owned Monroe Ceramic Supply. In California, she was a Stein- beck House volunteer and attend- ed North Minister Presbyterian Church. Surviving are three sons, George . of Moss Landing, Calif., R. Foster of Salinas and Dennis V. of Spreckles, Calif.; a daughter, Linda B. of Atlanta, Ga.: two brothers, Walter Vogel of Monroe and Robert Vogel of Florida; 10 grandchildren, and seven: great- grandchildren, Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
