Martin Hoffman, 77, of Ash
Township died Monday in Mercy
Memorial Hospital, Monroe.

Friends may call until 9
tonight at the Arthur Bobcean
Funeral Home, Flat Rock, where
services will be held at 1 p.m.
Wednesday. The Rev. John
Negele, pastor of Faith Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Church, Flat Rock,
will officiate. Burial will be in
Huro Valley Cemetery, Flat
Rock. :

Born Oct. 19, 1921, in Ash
Township, he was the son of
Martin and Myrtie (Felt) Hoff.

He wasa self-employed farmer
in Ash Township.

He enjoyed hunting, garden:
ing and caring for stray dogs and
cats.

Surviving is a brother, Henry
of Ash Township.

He was preceded in death by
three brothers, Karl, Merle and
