FLAT ROCK — Mary Jane
Horn, 74, of Flat Rock died at |
11:35 p.m. Thursday at Oakwood |
Hospital Seaway Center, Trenton.
She had been ill since April.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. to
9 p.m. today and from noon to 9
p.m. Sunday at the Arthur
Bobcean Funeral Home Inc., Flat |
Rock Chapel, where services will
be at 6 p.m. Sunday. The Rev.
Terry Cashmer of Christ the King’
Lutheran Church, Southgate, will
officiate. Burial will be in Michi- ,
gan Memorial Park, Flat Rock. |

Born Feb. 21, 1922, in Forest, |
Miss., she was the daughter of "
Walter and Zula Sanders. She |
married Gordon W. Horn on Jan. |
13, 1945, in Jackson. He died in.
August, 1980. The couple had
lived in Flat Rock since their mar-
riage.

She was.a meatcutter for 25
years, working for Kroger, Bilo
and Danny’s Food Market. She |
retired in 1986.

Surviving are two sons, Wayne |
of Flat Rock and Gordon W. of |
Lincoln Park; a daughter, Char- |
lotte Schiddle of Temperance; a |
brother, Paul of Mississippi; a sis- /
ter, Katherine Harris of Missis-_
sippi; five grandchildren, and a
great-grandchild. |

She was preceded in death by |
three brothers.
