Franklyn Jones RIVERVIEW — _ Franklyn Jones, 68, of 14012 Stratford St., Riverview, formerly of Flat Rock, died yesterday in Sea- way Hospital in Trenton. Friends may call in the Bob- cean Funeral Home in Flat Rock where services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Michael Gowing of St. Timo- thy’s Episcopal Church in Flat Rock will officiate, and burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock. Graveside services will be con- ducted by Flat Rock Hiram Lodge 110, F and AM. | The son of John and Mary | Jones, heh was born July 18, | 1895, in Coleman. He married Beatrice DeGraw June 5, 1920, | in Traverse City. He taught school in Flat Rock 13 years and served on the Flat Rock Public Schools Board of Education 12 years. He retired ‘in 1960 from the Mobile Oil Co.’s Trenton Refinery. He was a member of Cole- /man Lodge F and AM, and of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Flat Rock. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Dean F. and William F., both of Flat Rock; a daughter, Mary Louise of Riverview; a brother, A. A. Jones of Blanch- ard; a sister, Mrs. William Kem- mer of Hopkins, and a grand- child.
