Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today and from noon to 2:30 p-m. Tuesday in the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with the Mr. Tim Kelems, eulogist, offi- ciating. Burial will be in Michi- gan Memorial Park, Flat Rock. Born Nov. 2, 1906 in Caraway, Ark., he was the son of Pearl and Katie (Clark) Kelems, He married Vesta Payton on J uly 25, 1926, in Arkansas, The couple celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in July of 1996. He repaired trucks for US: pate for 20 years before retir- ing in 1972. He was a cotton farmer in Arkansas and moved to Flat Rock six years ago. He was an avid Major League baseball fan and enjoyed Spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife; two sons, James of Southgate and Jack of Carleton; a daughter, Doris Joyce of Lincoln Park; two sisters, Ruth Brown and Mildred Brown, both of Arkansas; five randchildren; 10 great-grandchi dren, and one great-great-grandchild.
