Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Augustine Catholic Church,. Richmond. The Rev. James Commyn from St. Augustine’s will officiate and burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Richmond. Born April 3, 1927, in Brown- stown Township, he was the son of Mark and Mary Ellen (Cox) Knight. He married Barbara Yelencich on Aug. 12, 1973, in Detroit. They lived in Indonesia for six years and moved to Cana- dian in 1986. : He was employed by the Mobil Oil Co. for 39 years and owned and operated Knight’s Nursery in Canadian. — A graduate of Trenton High School, he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of Veterans - of Foreign Wars Post 1808 in Trenton, Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Grosse Ie and Paul Harris Rotary Fellowship and was secretary-treasurer for the Rotary Club in Canadian. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Kenneth M. of Pampa, Texas; two daughters, Juliana E. Forlenza of Traverse City and Kathryn M. Knight of Canadian; four brothers, Mark of Flat Rock, Hal of Taylor, Ross of Saline and Robert of Romu- lus; three sisters, Christine Fos- | ter of Woodhaven, Kathleen Flo- rios of Roscommon and Charlotte Stoll of Greensboro, N.C., and four grandchildren.
