held at 10 a.m. Wednesday The
Rev. Richard A. Hartmann,
pastor of St. Roch Catholic
Church, will officiate. Burial
will be in Michigan Memorial
Park, Huron Township, under
the auspices of Downriver
Veterans Honor Guard.

Born March 21, 1925, in
Detroit, he was the son of
Stanley and Sophia
(Bojanska) Kozinski. He mar-
ried Marjorie Mattice May 21,
1947, in Ohio.

A test driver, he worked for
Ford Motor Co. for 30 years,
retiring in 1986.

He served in the Navy dur-
ing World War II, May 18, 1943,
to March 7, 1946.

Mr. Kozinski was a member
of the United Auto Workers
and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Surviving are his wife; three
sons, Chester (Shelly) Kozinski
Jr. of New Boston and Dennis
(Judy) Ferency and Ted
(Rebecca) Ferency, both of
Taylor; a daughter, Donna
(Jack) Brooks of Flat Rock; a
brother, Edward of Detroit; 15
grandchildren, and three
great-grandchildren.
