Owen A. Krueger er Dec. 30, 1911-Sept. 1, 1008 { 96 PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. — Owen A. Krueger, 86, of Paradise Valley, formerly of Monroe, where he was the former owner and pres-_ ident of the Monroe County Weld: ing and Engineering Co., died Sept. 1 after a long illness. Messinger Mortuary and Chapel, Scottsdale, Ariz., was in charge of arrangements. Born Dec. 30, 1911, he was the son of Otto Paul and Julie (Imober- stag) Krueger. He married Marie Dusseau. aac He was a part- (RUEGER ner then owner and president of the Monroe Welding and Engineer- ing Co., Monroe, until taking a med- ’ ical retirement in the early 1970s. The company was involved with building the Navarre Field football stadium and the St. Mary Park . bandstand. He was a life member of Mason- ic Lodge 27 and a member of the Monroe Shrine Temple, where he served as president in the late1940s, the Monroe Club and the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce. He, was a board member at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Monroe, for many years. : He moved to Arizona 22 years ago, where he became an active vol- unteer at Paradise Valley Methodist Church. He enjoyed gar- dening and building projects. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Barbara Eckoff of Cum- ming, Iowa, and Ann-Marie Krueger of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a sis- ter, Carol Dennison of Santa Fe, N.M.; three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
