id ts st. n le SE NS ae Ne pee ED OE Vera Elsie Tuttle Feb. 28, 1927-Jan. 28, 2004 FLAT ROCK - Services have been set for Vera Elsie Tuttle, 76, of Flat Rock, who died Wednesday at Applewood Nursing Center, Woodhaven. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today and from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Flat, Rock chapel of Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home. She will lie in state from 9 until services at 10 am. Monday at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brownstown Township. The Rev. John Negele, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park, Huron Township. Born Feb. 28, 1927, in Detroit, she was the daughter of Harry and Elsie (Cheesley) Pearce. She married Harry Tuttle Nov. 23, 1946, in Detroit. He died May 20, 1996. A homemaker, she was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church and Flat Rock, Waltz and Ash Township Seniors. Surviving are two sons, Kurt of Allen Park and Harry of Needsville, Texas; three daugh- ters, Diane Dosh of Dexter, Ruth Driscoll of Flat Rock and Paula Sullivan of Augusta, Ga.; 15 grandchildren, and 14 great- grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death bya brother, two sisters, and a grandson, Bryan. Memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Westland.
