Clara M. Larrow, 82, of Monroe,
who worked for area grocery stores
before retiring in 1976, died at 11:45
am. Saturday in Greenbrook
Manor. She had been seriously ill
for three weeks.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m.
Monday in the Rupp Funeral
Home, where a Scripture service is
set for 7:30 p.m. Monday. Funeral
services will be held at 10 a.m.
Tuesday at the funeral home and at
10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michae
Catholic Church. The Rev. Stephen
Rooney will officiate. Burial wil
be in Roselawn Memorial Park,
LaSalle.

Born Feb. 24, 1917, in Carleton,
she was the daughter of William
and Ella (Meyer) Hoffman. She
married Alden Larrow on July 5,
1987, at St. Michael Catholic
Church. He died Jan. 25, 1959.

She worked at Gruber’s and Food
Town grocery stores before her
retirement in 1976, and she was a
member of St. Michael Catholic
Church and the Monroe Senior
Citizens.

Surviving are two sisters, Eileen
H. Saboe of. Monroe and Rosalie L.
Gillen of Toledo, Ohio.

Besides her husband, she was
preceded in death by two brothers,
Frank and Norman, and a sister,
Bernadine Hoffman.
