The Annual Greenskeeper-Chairman meeting of the Greenskeepers Club of New England was held at the Charles River
Country Club on Monday, October 11th.
After dinner and a short business meeting, a Scotch
Tournament was held.
Arthur Cody and Mr. H. Hickey were the winners with a
score of net 72.
Three teams were tied for second place with a net of 73.
They were Sam Mitchell and Joe Moran, Ted Murphy and Mr.
C. Baldwin, Harold Mosher and Mr. H. Hayes.
The play-off was won by Ted Murphy and Mr. Baldwin.
George Rommell attended this meeting and reported that
he would be inducted October 14.
THE NOVEMBER MEETING of the Greenskeepers Club will be
held Monday, November 8th, at the Hotel Statler in Boston.
The meeting will start at 7 P. M.
