The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. On motion of Mr. Beaumont, the request of Dean Bissell for authority to attend the meeting of Deans of Engineering in Land Grand Colleges, to "be held at Washington on the 24-th and,25th, with expenses paid, was granted, and also the expenses of Dr. Giltner in attending the annual meeting of American Bacteriolo- gists, were allowed. The President presented a report of the faculty, recommending the abolishment 6f the five-year courses which was, on motion of Mr.-Waterbury, approved. On motion of Mr. Beaumont, the request of Miss Frances G. Spencer for remission of the fees for Athletics and Liberal Arts, was granted. On motion of Mr. Dohsrty, the matter of trespass upon the H". V. •£ of the S. ¥. i of section 26, T. 2^; jr., R. S w., was referred to the Land Commissioner. Oh moti©n of Mr. Graham, the expense accounts of the Board Members were allowed.
