The meeting was' called to order by Ms. Sawyer and the agenda: was approved.

There were no requests for public participation.

It was recommended that the Trustee Finance Committee approve the acquisition
by the Department of Radiology of X-Ray Associates, P*C. of Lansing, Michigan,
including assumption of existing property and equipment leases, and purchase
of certain of that entity's personal property and accounts receivable.

On a motion by Mr.  Shingieton, supported by Ms,  Reinhold, THE COMMITTEE VOTED
to approve the recommendation*
