Graham, Wallace, Woodman and Dohertj'. r —~ l The minutes of the previous meeting having been in the hands of the members were approved without reading* On motion of Mr. Graham, the salary of Miss Alison Hansford, Instruc tor in Cheese Making, was raised from #800.00 to #900.00 for the ensuing year* On motion of Mr. Wallace, an experiment station project submitted by Prof. Anderson to be carried on by the Dairy Department in conjunction with the Department of Economics, relating to the study of the milk supply of a modern city, was approved; and in this connection authority was given to visit the City of Erie, Pennsylvania, to study the operation of the co-operative milk plant at that place. ;!
