A.• •' On motion of Mr. Graham, #109$ w&s added to the apportionment for the Registrar to cover the expense of fire proof vaults. On motion of Mr, Graham, Mr. Arthur S. Burkett who was given leave of absence for the duration of the war, was reappointed at a salary of #1600, to become effective as soon as he returns to the College.
