Uniform deposits, required On motion of Mr. Graham, Mr. Woodman was authorized to intial the January and February vouchers. On motion of Mr. Doherty, the recommendation of Major Wrightson that students be required to deposit the value of their uniforms before they were issued and that the same be refunded to them at the close of the spring term provided the articles are in his possession at the last prescribed formation of the corps, was approved. On motion of Mr. Doherty, the expense accounts of the Board Members were approved. On motion of Mr. Doherty, Mr. Graham was authorized to initial the vouchers beginning xvith March. On motion adjourned.
