On motion of Mr. Wallace, the budget matter was referred to the Budget Committee, the President and Secretary with power to act and with instructions to provide for an emergency balance of $25,000*00* ' On motion of'Mr. Woodman, the action of the Board at a former meeting in regard to trips in attending conferences and acneitific meetings, was continued through the present fiscal year or until further action by the Board* On motion of Mr. Watkins, Mr. A* M. Culverts appointment referred to President* - "RESOLVED, That a record of the steps taken in the Thomas matter be furnished to the executive committee of the Monroe County Farm Bureau and the County Clerk of Monroe County, and that said Bureau, be advised that any further written-communications regarding the matter will be received and considered*n On motion of Mrs* Stockman, the resignation of Miss Thelma Ainsley as Clerk in the Dairy Department was accepted effective June 30th, and Miss Dorothy M. Brundage was placed upon the Soils Experiment Station payroll for the period from June §7th to Sept. 10th at a salary of $1800 per annum in addition to his present salaryj S. G. Bergquist was placed upon the same payroll from June 20th to Sept. 15th at a salary of $1500 per annum, and Mr. J. W. Stack from June 21st to Sept. 15th at a salary of $1200 per annum. Guidance Scnl.titles & salaries. On motion of Mrs. Stockman, the following changes were made in the salaries and titles of the personnel of the Guidance School; The salary of Miss HaGuire was made $2000 per annum beginning Oct. 1st; Mr. C. G. Card was appointed Director of the Guidance School at a salary of $2*400 per annum beginning Sept. 15th, and Mr. Geo. Trollope was continued as Instructor at a salary of $1200 per annum beginning Oct. 1st* Newlon Acting Hd* ! poultry Dept On motion of Mr. Wat kins, Mr* W. E.
