Bepairs to Wells Ball* The above matter was referred to Secretary Halladay and Mr. lavers to take up with the State Administrative Board, through Mr. Thompson, and see if funds could be secured for making the necessary repairs. 2. Bepairs to coal crane* Left with Mr. Lavers to get more definite figures on cost and the possibility of a trade-in for a new crane* The Building Committee reconniended that a new bucket be purchased for the locomotive crane and that the matter of purchasing a new crane be deferred as long as possible. 3. Book Stacks and library* Installation of books tacks was deferred until the end of the coming school year, Con tract, however, is to be let in time so that work can begin as soon as school is out in June* 4* Bepairs and Improvements to the swimming tarik* Authority was granted to install outlets, chlorinator and pump in the pool to relieve the situation temporarily* 5* Moving horse barn. The Committee recommended that the horse barn be disposed of at once and that the mat ter be left to the Sectetary for disposition. 6* Plans and authorization for dairy barn, Mr. Burnett appeared before the Committee, representing the Dairy Department. It was decided to have the James Brothers or some other firm, whocould draw plans, submit plans and* specifications without "any obligation on the part of the college to purchase their equipment* 7. Drainage, grading, roads, fences, etc., to the farm* Left with Mr* Lavers to get figures as soon as possible for this work. 8* Physics building and equipment. Prof, Snow appeared before the Cosmittee and explained the desirability of some changes in the Old Shemistry Building. The above matter was referred to Mr. Lavers for securing estimates* 9.
