Me hope to make it possible eventually for members of the staff in these fields of service to secure time for profession al improvement without loss of pay. Mew members of the teaching staff are also asked to join with us on an eleven-months basis. This means that, if they are drafted for summer school, there will be no extra compensation- In lieu of this, however, if not thus employed, tney will have the equivalent of tiro months of each academic year for pur-poses of professional improvement.
