The meeting v^as called  to order at 5:50  P.M.

The minutes of the May meeting were approved, having been in the hands of the Board members.

APPOINTMENTS AND RE3IGHATI0NS

!.•  Appointments of the following graduate assistants VThi.ch have been approved  for appointment

by the Graduate Council for the year 1352-35.  Thirteen"assistantships' -ivere eliminated  at the
Advisory Committee meeting on June 1st, leaving 45 assistants  for appointment for the coming
year as follows;
