This fills the additional position in this department authorized by the Board at its last meeting. 3. Request of Dr. H. S. Patton, Professor of Economics, for leave on full pay for the period A.ugust 15th to September 15th, so that he may assume temporary work'with the Trade Agreements Division, U.S. Department of State. This is a-two-month appointment in total, but one month is covered by Dr. Patton's vacation period. 4. Recommendation that Dr. H. L.
