Communication from the City of East Lansing requesting the State Board of Agriculture to pro- vide $800.00 to be supplemented by $1200 by the City of East Lansing to cover the cost of a survey looking into the entire matter of sewage disposal. On motion of Mr. Brody, seconded by Mr. Daane, it was voted to approve items 1 and 2. 3. Eeconniendation from the Athletic Council for certain changes in the offices of the Athletic Department. On motion of Mr. Daane, seconded by Mr. Brody, it was voted to approve the above recommendation according to arrangements suggested by Mr* Wilkins - cost to be approved by Mr. VJilkins. 4. Recommendation from the Athletic Council for the construction of a brick ticket office at the northwest corner of the stadium at an estimated cost of $1150.00.
