Mr* Hudson and Dean Anthony recommend approval for tlie cropping on a share basis of forty acres of land adjacent to the college farm owned by Mrs. A. A. Williams. It is proposed that the acreage be planted to corn .- one-third of the crop being turned over to Mrs. Williams for rental on the land. 2. Trie college architect estimates the cost of replacing the present poultry plant through the erection of a new building to replace the main building and the removal of the other eauipment to the new site on .Jam. Lane to cost a total of $67,699- Commissioner dander has previously requested an estimate so that he may ask the legislature for a sum. of money sufficient to cover same with the understanding that the present poultry plant facilities be turned over to the State Police. 3. The location of the heating service room under the main offices in the new college hospital mates the main offices too warm for comfort. To correct the condition requires a suspended ceiling with certain heat proofing and rearranging of piping at a total cost .of S?650;00. 4. The hospital staff complain with justification due to the large amount of rust sediment in the water supplied to that building. To correct this condition m il require the installation of additional water mains at an estimated cost of #550.00. 5.
