On motion or Judge  Carpenter, Robert D. Graham was unanimously

elected  chairman of the Board.

On motion of Mr. Oberdorffer, A.M. Brown was unanimously  elected

Secretary of the Board of the College  andof the Experiment  Station.

On motion of Mr. Waterbury, Mr. B. F. Davis was unanimously
