On motion of Mr, Beaumont, Mr.  waterbury was appointed a committee to in-

quire into the cost.of publishing Dr. Seal's history of the College and. report to

the*Board at its next meeting.

On motion of Mr. Doherty,-' the expense accounts of the Board members and

the Secretary were approved.

On motion of Mr. Doherty, upon the recommendation of Lieut Cron, Command-

ant, who had examined the samples, the contract for military uniforms was awarded

to The M. C. Lilly Company at #1*1.60.

The secretary presented' a letter from* Mr Michael Mahoney, in which he re-

fused to enter into the contract for the erection of a Dairy and a Veterinary

building in accordance with the terms of his bid filed on August 7th.

On motion of Mr. Waterteury, the above matter was referred to the Attorney

General for further action,
