Butterfield of the College has been elected editor of the Grange Visitor. Prof. Vedder’s barn is being repaired. Mr. R. A. Bentley has gone home sick with la grippe. The senior class called a meeting yesterday and voted to request the faculty to reduce the number of senior orations to six. There will be a grand stand erected on the campus for next Field Day. The services of Mike Murphy have been se­ cured as a Field Day trainer for the M. A. C. students. Mr. L. C. Slayton of Lepeer, of the class of 93, is visiting friends here. As we go to press we hear that as there are now two new cases of diphtheria that the whole College may be quarantined.
