COLIN BUNDY is Professor of History at the University of the Western
Cape.
CRAIG CHARNEY has written numerous scholarly articles on South
African politics as well as being a journalist. He is working on a Ph.D for
Yale University and is attached to the Sociology Department, University
of the Witwatersrand.
TONY FLUXMAN is a lecturer in Philosophy at the University of
Durban-Westville.
GRAHAME HAYES lectures in Psychology at the University of Natal,
Durban.
RAPHAEL KAPLINSKY, who contributed as well to Transformation
12, is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Development Studies at
the University of Sussex, U.K. and the author of many reports, articles
and books on the new international political economy.
DAVID LEWIS lectures in Economic History at the University of Cape
Town and co-ordinates the Economic Trends Group associated with
COSATU.
TOM LODGE is the author of Black Politics in South Africa and is
currently an Associate Professor of Politics at the University of the
Witwatersrand.
